Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate
Anna has always been passionate about sports, playing soccer, lacrosse, and ice hockey in high school before discovering her love for rowing. Being a lifelong athlete has taught her the value of teamwork, communication, and mental resilience, and how to apply these skills in her work as both a coach and a therapist. She earned a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and currently works as an outpatient therapist, helping adolescents and adults navigate personal challenges.
With over seven years of coaching experience, Anna has guided high school athletes to develop both their physical and mental strength through the sport of rowing. Combining her passion for sports with her understanding of psychology, she believes mental fortitude is essential for overcoming challenges and being a strong team player, and looks forward to bringing these skills to RI Lacrosse!
