Please bring a lacrosse stick, water bottle, mouthguard, goggles and appropriate footwear (turf shoes, cleats or sneakers). If you’re looking to buy your first stick, we recommend an STX stick from Dicks Sporting Goods. Sticks should be roughly the length of the players arm (from butt to top of stick head) see here for a tutorial on how to cut sticks.

We recommend booking all 6 classes in our clinic - but if you purchase an individual class and are unable to attend please let us know 24 hours in advance and we can work with you to come to another class in the same clinic if available. We do not guarantee make-up classes or refunds.

For now, we only have programming for youth girls lacrosse but we have plans to add in youth mens lacrosse, pee-wee lacrosse and coaching clinics soon - stay tuned!

Absolutely! Although we allow only players & coaches on the turf, we encourage parents to stay for the class and engage with our team.

Yes! We schedule a Registered Nurse to be present at all clinic dates.

Unfortunately no - we do not offer group discounts or refunds at this time.

Yes. All levels of experience are welcome at Rhode Island Lacrosse and we want everyone to feel comfortable in their group and we tailor the classes around the players backgrounds in advance.

We have a mix of professional coaches, specialists, college coaches and high school coaches. We aim for 7-8 players per coach.
