Defensive Specialist

Eileen started her lacrosse career in Silver Spring, MD when she was in 5th grade and she's been doing it ever since.  She played high school and travel lacrosse that led to achieving her dream of playing Division I lacrosse at Rutgers University.  During her time at Rutgers, she had several major knee surgeries that led to an early start into the coaching profession, joining the Rutgers staff as an undergraduate assistant her junior and senior seasons.  After graduation, Eileen started her coaching career at Division I school, Monmouth University where she served as the assistant (2012-2015) and head coach (2015-2017) during her time.  In 2017, she became the first ever U20 Ireland National Team head coach which later competed in the 2019 World Championships and multiple international tournaments since then.  Eileen ended up in Rhode Island first by coaching at Brown University, as a defensive coach from 2019-2023.  In 2023, Eileen became the head coach at Bryant University and is currently leading the Bulldogs.
